1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver orders across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Some remote areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after the order is received.

Once your order has been processed and handed to our delivery partner, it will be dispatched to the address provided during checkout.

4. Cash on Delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders within the UAE.

With COD, you can pay the delivery driver when your order arrives.

Please ensure that your phone number is correct and that you are available to receive your order.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers.

AffordableFind is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address cannot be located, another delivery attempt may be arranged where available.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned to our fulfillment partner.

9. Delays

Although we aim to meet the estimated delivery times above, occasional delays can occur because of:

  • Severe weather

  • Public holidays

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect address information

  • High order volumes

  • Unforeseen operational circumstances

We will do our best to assist you if your order is delayed.

Please check the package when it arrives. If the package appears seriously damaged, we recommend taking photos or videos before opening it and contacting us as soon as possible.
